Updated: Aug 4

Gazzebo, the first AI-powered marketplace purpose-built for corporate travel procurement, will debut its platform in Denver on July 22nd.

While the official launch is still ahead, this exclusive first look offers buyers and suppliers the opportunity to experience Gazzebo’s functionality and vision before it goes live.

Gazzebo was designed by travel and procurement veterans to modernize the way buyers source and engage with suppliers. The platform replaces outdated RFx methods like spreadsheets, email threads, and inconsistent proposal formats with verified supplier data, real-time buyer support, and AI-powered automation.

The showcase will give procurement professionals an exclusive preview of how Gazzebo simplifies sourcing workflows, delivers better-aligned supplier matches, and enables smarter, faster decision-making, all within one centralized marketplace. More details on platform access, early adopter enrollment, and official release timing will follow post-event.

“I built Gazzebo because the corporate travel industry has never had a true system for managing the RFx process,” said Jeff Urban, Founder of Gazzebo.

Gaining traction with Travel Buyers and TMCs

In the lead-up to the Denver preview, Gazzebo has secured the interest and support of dozens of early adopter TMCs across North America. During the event, Gazzebo will begin onboarding participating TMCs to create their company profile pages and prepare for initial beta testing with select corporate buyers.

Simultaneously, Gazzebo has been actively collaborating with travel buyers across a range of industries, gathering critical insights that have directly shaped the platform’s RFx workflows, filtering tools, and advisor network, ensuring the marketplace is aligned with real-world procurement needs.

“I’ve spent my career helping buyers navigate the complexities of travel procurement. What excites me about Gazzebo is how it brings structure to the process, helping buyers go from overwhelmed to confident, and from searching to sitting down with the right, vetted partners.” said Leslie Andrews, Gazzebo’s Lead Buyer Advisor.
